If you are reporting a complaint please contact us in writing by addressing your letter to our Managing Director (Level 1, 96 Royal Street, East Perth WA 6004). Your concerns will be reviewed, addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Every complaint will be acknowledged within 7 days and we will keep you informed of the progress as to how this complaint will be or has been handled. However, if we are unable to provide a final response within 30 days, we will contact you to explain why and discuss a time frame to resolve the complaint.
